a) Server log files

When you visit the website, information is recorded automatically (IP address, browser, time of access, etc.). This serves technical security.

b) Contacting us and the contact form

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, email address, telephone number, the treatment you are interested in and your message) in order to handle your enquiry. We use the Contact Form 7 software for the form; the details are sent by email to our practice mailbox. The data is not passed on to third parties.

We store your details until the purpose no longer applies and then delete them, unless statutory retention periods prevent this.

4. Cookies and consent management

Our website uses cookies. Necessary cookies enable basic functions such as page navigation, security and submitting the contact form; without them the website does not work. Any services beyond this are only loaded with your consent.

We use the consent tool CookiePal to obtain and manage this consent (cookiepal.io). Your decision is stored so that the notice does not appear again on subsequent visits and so that we can demonstrate which consent you have given.

5. Online appointment booking (Zeeg)

You can book appointments online on our contact page and on the consultation page. For this purpose we embed the appointment calendar of the provider Zeeg GmbH.

When the calendar is loaded, a connection to Zeeg’s servers is established and your IP address is transmitted. If you book an appointment, Zeeg processes the details you enter (name, email address, telephone number where applicable and your notes on your request) as well as the selected appointment on our behalf.

Zeeg stores this data exclusively on servers in Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for arranging the appointment you have requested and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR insofar as you have consented to the calendar being loaded.

Without your consent the calendar is not loaded. In that case you can arrange an appointment by phone on +49 30 41733500 or via the contact form. Further information can be found in the Zeeg privacy policy.

6. Google Maps

On individual pages we embed map material from Google Maps. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When the map is loaded, your IP address is transmitted to Google; a transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out.

7. Hosting

This website is hosted by Hostinger International, Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. The provider processes personal data on our behalf, in particular server log data. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

For security reasons this site uses SSL/TLS encryption (https).

9. Your rights

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to the processing of your data. You can withdraw consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

Personal data is only stored for as long as is necessary for the respective purposes.
