The practice
One dentist, one patient, an appointment without a stopwatch
Dr Givi Ordzhonikidze has practised dentistry since 1998, received his German licence to practise (Approbation) in 2016 and has run his own private practice in Wuppertal since 2024. As a lecturer and trainer he passes his knowledge on to colleagues in Germany and abroad. In the practice he treats patients himself — from diagnosis to the final polish.

Our own milling centre in the building
Through Dent-Tech GmbH, crowns, bridges, implant restorations and veneers are made in our own laboratory — short distances, short waiting times.
Functional diagnostics with CADIAX®
Jaw joint movement is measured instrumentally. This helps in particular with complaints for which no explanation had been found before.
Treatment by appointment only
We work exclusively by appointment — and in return without waiting and without parallel chairs.
Functional diagnostics
When jaw joint, neck and head are connected
With the Gamma Condylograph (CADIAX®) by GAMMA Dental (Austria) we record the movement of both jaw joints. The measurement curves produce a picture of function that a purely visual examination cannot provide. In Germany the method is not yet in widespread use. It is used among other things for:
- Jaw joint complaints and clicking when opening the mouth
- Neck and back complaints
- Recurring headaches
- Teeth grinding and splint therapy

Dentistry and dental technology from a single source
The practice works directly with its own dental laboratory. Crowns, bridges, implant restorations and veneers are made there with 3D scanning and CAD/CAM — coordinated between dentist and technician, without the detour via an external laboratory.

Where is the practice and how do I reach you?
GO Privatpraxis is located in Wuppertal-Barmen, Unterdörnen 93, 42283 Wuppertal. You can reach us by phone on +49 30 41733500 — including outside consulting hours — or by email at info@goprivatpraxis.de. Consulting hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00, Saturdays by arrangement.
What does the first consultation cost?
The consultation lasts 90 minutes and costs 200 euros. If you decide to go ahead with treatment, this amount is credited in full against it. You receive a written treatment and cost plan under the German dental fee schedule (GOZ) to take home — it commits you to nothing.
How long does an appointment take?
Considerably longer than in a practice running to a tight schedule. We treat on the principle of “one dentist, one patient” — there are no parallel chairs. Treatment is by appointment only; in return there is no waiting in the waiting room.
When does instrumental functional diagnostics make sense?
It comes into consideration for jaw joint complaints and clicking when opening the mouth, for neck and back complaints, for recurring headaches, and for teeth grinding or before a splint is made.
Measurement is carried out with the Gamma Condylograph (CADIAX®) by GAMMA Dental: the actual movement paths of both jaw joints are recorded while you open and close your mouth and move the lower jaw sideways. The measurement is painless and takes about an hour.

Who will treat me?
Three dentists treat at the practice: Dr Givi Ordzhonikidze (practice owner, focusing on functional diagnostics and implantology), Dr Dmitri Solomatnikov and Dr Anastasia Solomatnikova. The principle of “one dentist, one patient” applies — no parallel treatments and no time pressure.
Dr Givi Ordzhonikidze has practised dentistry since 1998, received his German licence to practise in 2016 and has run his own private practice in Wuppertal since 2024. He holds a doctorate in medical sciences (Ph.D.), is a member of the North Rhine Dental Association and of the Eurasian Association of Aesthetic Dentistry, and works as a lecturer and trainer in temporary prosthetics.
The team also includes Miroslav Malchuk, specialist for the digital treatment workflow from scanning and planning through to fabrication, and Anastasia Tichonowa, dental assistant. Meet the team →
