By car
Free parking spaces are available directly at the building — but only a few. Further parking can be found in the immediate vicinity.
By bus and train
Wuppertal-Barmen station is nearby, a few minutes’ walk from us. Via the Alter Markt suspension railway station and the bus stops at Alter Markt you can reach us from anywhere in the city.

Travelling from further away
Treatment across several days — we plan around it
Many of our patients travel in from elsewhere, some from abroad. If a treatment needs several appointments, we schedule them so that the journey is worthwhile — ideally on consecutive days.
For an overnight stay there are several hotels nearby, in Barmen and in Wuppertal city centre. Just ask us — we will tell you what has worked well and match the appointments to your arrival and departure.

Frequently asked questions before the first appointment
Do you bill through the statutory health insurance?
No. We are a purely private practice without statutory accreditation, not even in part. Patients with statutory insurance can be treated here as self-payers — we set out the costs in writing before treatment begins.
What does the first appointment cost?
The consultation lasts 90 minutes and costs 200 €, payable at the appointment. If you decide on treatment with us, we credit the amount in full.
What should I bring to the first appointment?
Existing treatment and cost plans, X-rays, findings and a list of your medication.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
The calendar shows all free slots. Short-notice appointments are often possible — it is worth calling.
What if I cannot keep the appointment?
Please cancel at least 48 hours in advance, by phone or via the link in your confirmation email.
I have acute pain outside consulting hours — what should I do?
We do not run our own emergency service. In that case please contact the dental emergency service on 01805 986700 (14 ct/min from a German landline) or use the emergency service search of the North Rhine Dental Association. During consulting hours, call us — we will try to find a slot at short notice.
Do you offer Saturday appointments?
On Saturdays we treat by individual arrangement. Give us a call and we will find a solution.
I am travelling from further away — can the treatment be bundled?
Yes. Talk to us and we will place the appointments on consecutive days where possible and tell you where to stay nearby.
